Selvaraghavan's Irandam Ulagam crosses the limit?
Jun 15, 2013 After finishing up the grueling schedule in Georgia, Selvaraghavan's Irandam Ulagam is now under post production. Visual Effects Technicians who worked for the Hollywood blockbuster Avatar have been roped in for the movie's animation and special effects. This, along with several other aspects of the production, has apparently led to an inflated budget that now stands at 55 crores. Reports are suggesting that the original estimate has been overshot by some margin but it appears unlikely that it will affect the progress of work.
The movie has been in production for quite sometime now and the crew returned after filming in the unexplored jungles and castles of Georgia recently. Scheduled to be released in August, Irandam Ulagam has Arya and Anushka in the lead with music by Harris Jayaraj.
