Its Cricket vs Basketball
Dec 24, 2012Eeram fame Arivazhagan’s upcoming film, Vallinam has got sports as its crux. Nakul plays the lead and Mridhula Bhaskar plays his lady love. The film is said to be about a war between cricket and basketball. Nakul is a basket ball player in the film and the villain is a cricketer. The film will let the audience decide which sport is faster and more furious.
Vallinam also has romance as its major ingredient. Nakul considers basketball as his life, whereas for MrIdhula her life itself is a game, explains Arivazhagan.
Recently, the climax of the film was shot in a playground in T Nagar. It is said that Aascar Ravichandran, the producer of the film, spent Rs 2 crores to erect a basketball court set for this purpose.
