Divya Spandana who is famous for her roles in Polladhavan and in Kuthu where she acted under the screen name Ramya is now doing a balancing act between films and politics as she’s become an active member of the Congress in Karnataka.

Her film with Arya’s brother Sathya, titled Kadhal 2 Kalyanam, is reportedly being revived for release. Divya says that if the film were to go on to become successful she would consider making a return to the Tamil industry.

Kadhal 2 Kalyanam is a project that’s been long awaiting its release. The film is directed by Milind Rau with dialogues written by Baradwaj Rangan and music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
