Chennai's weather spoils Ajay Devgn's Singam 2 plans
Jun 03, 2013 Ajay Devgn was supposed to be the chief guest in Singam 2’s grand music launch function, which was held on the 2nd of June at the Chennai Trade Center. But he couldn’t make it as the rainy weather in Chennai played spoilsport. Ajay’s chartered flight couldn’t land in Chennai due to the wet conditions and instead landed in nearby Bangalore.
Rohit Shetty, Ajay’s Singham director, was also supposed to turn up for the event along with Ajay and all their efforts to reach Chennai were compromised by the very little time that they had at their disposal.
Kannada star Sudeep made it for the event and the music of Singam 2 was nevertheless released in a memorable event.
