Vikram Prabhu and Priya Anand have paired up for Arima Nambi, a city based action thriller directed by Anand Shankar, a former associate of A.R.Murugadoss. The movie, is being produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu, on a grand scale typical of his other offerings in the past.

The team has already finished its first schedule which also included the filming of a song. Vikram Prabhu, who had no dance sequences in Kumki, has put on his dancing shoes for this movie and Shobi choreographed this song to perfection.

Drummer Sivamani would be marking his debut as a music director with about 4 to 5 songs for the album, and the composing, recording works are going on. He has apparently delivered the best for the script, based on the director's requirements..

The second schedule will kick off in the third week of August. It is too early to take a call on the release of the movie as a majority of the production process still remains.
