It’s quite common for movies to be in production for a while and even after their production is over, for lack of credible promotional material, they pine in cans for a while. Thankfully, Vellore Mavattam has had the luck of its lead Nandha coming to the limelight with his stylish look and acting in Vandan Vendran.

As it’s known, in Vellore Mavattam, Nanda plays a stylish but tough cop. He has not, however, retained his clean shaven looks for the movie. The tough policeman is posted in the Vellore district where riots are dime a dozen. Does he have the wit and charisma to tackle the situation? The movie answers all those questions.

Nandha’s stylish cop act is being released on 5 October. Nanda says that the story focuses on the fight between a sincere officer and corrupt politicos. The movie is directed by R N R Manohar. Poorna is Nandha’s female lead. Nandha’s other projects include Thirupangal with director Sharada Ramanathan.
