Settai’s original Delhi Belly had a strange but passionate lip-lock scene where Imran Khan kisses Poorna Jaganathan as she’s reversing her car. Now a similar scene was planned for the Tamil version as well, between Arya and Anjali.
It is being said that Anjali was highly uncomfortable to do the scene and it took a lot of persuasion from the director Kannan and the crew of the film to get her into doing it. The director reportedly conveyed to the young actress that the scene was crucial for the film following which the actress adhered to the director’s request.
The scene was shot in Mumbai where the current schedule is underway in full swing.
