There have been a lot of media reports in the recent past about Trisha’s alleged closeness with Rana Daggubati, a popular Telugu actor. Trisha has repeatedly said that she and Rana are just close friends and that there is nothing romantic about their relationship.
She recently got agitated with the media after he made an appearance at Trisha’s dad’s funeral when none of the other cinema celebrities were reportedly present. They used the opportunity to link her up with Rana again and state their proximity to be beyond friendship. She reiterated that she knows Rana for more than a decade as a close friend.
Rana has also clarified on his part and asked the media not to publish interviews of the two especially when they haven’t made any official statements.
Trisha meanwhile has returned to work following this brief hiatus.
