Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum started to roll from yesterday. As announced, the film’s inaugural pooja took place in Theni and several biggies from the film industry participated in it. Directors K Balachander, Mani Ratnam, Balu Mahendra were at this launch which made the event at the Veerappa Ayyanar Temple in Alli Nagar, Theni, a grand success.
The film’s director Bharathiraja, who heads the Directors’ Council, is a veteran in directing village-based films. The director’s fans are waiting with bated breath for this movie as he is adept in handling the subject with élan.
Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum stars director-turned-actor Ameer in the leading role with Karthika, Iniya and Meenal sharing the screen space with him. GV Prakash is the music director of this film.
