Amala Paul is on a lucky streak! Her film, Aakashathinte Neram directed by Biju is the first Malayalam film to be selected for the Golden Goblet competitive section of the Shanghai International Festival. The festival will happen from june 16 to 24 at Shanghai, China.

Prithviraj plays a pivotal role in this film as well. Shot entirely in the Andaman and Nicobar islands, the film is about an old man who is asked for money forcibly by an intruder. The latter then gets to know the people in the old man's life and his own life changes forever.
