The National Association for the Blind, in association with the O2 health studio organized a car racing event for the visually impaired at Hotel Savera. Actor Karthi flagged off the race to a start. The race started at Radhakrishnan road and ended at Sholinganallur.
70 visually impaired people participated in the race. The participants used the Braille system to navigate their drivers throughout the race. A special ceremony was arranged to give away the prizes for the winners.
