Comedian Santhanam seems to have found a new friend in well known comedian of Telugu films, Ali. Santhanam and Ali are cast in the Tamil remake of Delhi Belly, directed by Kannan. According to Kannan, Santhanam hit it off instantly owing to the fact that Ali is fluent in Tamil and is as funny as Santhanam himself. Ali plays Santhanam's landlord in Settai.
Mostly shot in Mumbai, Settai is almost over but for the final schedule. Arya is busy shooting for Irandam Ulagam in Georgia and hence the shoots for the final schedule will resume after his return.
