A fire broke at the Swarna Shakthi Abirami’s canteen today morning, after the mains tripped. The fire also reached the Bala Abirami Theater. The situation was brought under control after an hour’s fight. There weren’t any casualties or injuries.
Owner of Abirami Cinemas, Abirami Ramanathan, who was present at the location said, “There is not much of damage. The shows will go on as per the schedules.”
