While meeting the press persons Vadivelu said that he has signed up a film in which he is the hero. The comedian, answering questions about his career move, said that he was looking for some good scripts and that is the reason for the long break.
It may be recalled that Vadivelu lost several opportunities after the election results were declared. Talking about his acting career, Vadivelu said that he will continue to entertain his fans with his gimmicks onscreen.
He was last seen in the Prashanth starrer Mambattiyan and there were reports that he will play the comedian in the Dhanush starrer to be director by Simbu Devan. However, this was denied later on.
