Director Hari wonders how Vanitha’s name has featured in the recent news about the death threat issued to him. According to Hari, his brother Karvannan received a phone call threatening to murder him. Fearing for his brother’s life, Karvannan immediately filed a complaint at the Virugambakkam police station about the murder threat and the police have been investigating.
Hari has mentioned in the police complaint that Vanitha’s name was never mentioned but he was shocked to find out the media reporting that the caller had mentioned Vanitha’s name while issuing the death threat.
