Vadivelu has said that he is in Chennai and has not gone on hiding as many presume him to be. The comedian said that the land grabbing case in which his name has cropped up is foisted and he will fight it legally.
According to Vadivelu, he was the one who bought the disputed land through a public auction and technically speaking, he should be the one to file a suit against the sellers for selling the land through fabricated documents. “I am the aggrieved party,” Vadivelu said.
He added that he will either stay in Chennai or Madurai and there is no need for him to go on a hiding.
