"THE WORLD NEEDS A NEW CHAPLIN...!" - UKRAINE PRESIDENT ZELENSKYY MAKES PASSIONATE SPEECH!

Speech by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival has upset many.
