HUSBAND SHAVES WIFE'S HEAD AFTER SHE REFUSED TO DANCE FOR HIS FRIENDS: WATCH VIDEO

In a case of violence against women, a man from Pakistan has been accused of beating and shaving the head of his wife for refusing to dance in front of his friends. This incident came to light after the grieving wife posted her video on social medial appealing for justice seeking help from the public.

Soon after this video was noticed by, Deputy Minister for Interior, Sheheryar Afridi, he ordered his officials to register a complaint and arrest the accused. Currently, the husband Faisal and the servant, Rashid Ali, have been arrested.

In the shocking video, the woman, Asma Aziz is seen showing her shaven head and bruised face. The video which was posted on March 26 had Azia stating two days earlier she was tortured after refusing to dance in front of her husband's friends who were at their house in Pakistan's Lahore city.

"He took my clothes off in front of the servants. The servants held me as he shaved my hair off and burned it. My clothes were bloody. I was bound by a pipe and hung from the fan. He threatened to hang me naked," she cried while saying this.

Azia further stated that her husband loved her when they got married four years ago but his behaviour changed lately. She also added that her husband used to hit under the influence of alcohol. One day, she also managed to escape from the house and went to the police station but they refused to register the case without a bribe.

According to BBC News, the husband Faisal told the police that his wife had started cutting her hair under the influence of drugs, and he only helped her finish the job.

This horrifying incident has caused an outrage on social media, where people are seen expressing their views about the incident.
