Social media users were pleasantly surprised to see a video of a passenger plane of Caspian Planes that appears to have made an emergency landing on the middle of a road in Iran, reports The Guardian. The plane which landed in the city of Mahshahr of Iran was reportedly carrying 130 passengers. Curious onlookers stopped their vehicles and were seen recording videos of passengers being helped out by the cabin crew. It is reported that the passenger plane skidded off a runway and no one has been reportedly hurt, as per CNN. The plane, also, largely looked ‘undisturbed’.
Some passengers were seen embarking off the main exit while some were seen climbing out of the emergency exit. Firefighters and emergency workers rushed to the site and were seen spraying water on the aircraft.
Caspian Airlines Flight 6936 departed from the capital city, Tehran, early Monday and was set to land at Mahshahr Airport, in the country's southwest, when it skidded onto Mahshahr-e-Ahwaz highway, according to media reports.
