FATHER LOCKS DAUGHTER IN CAGE, SENDS PHOTO TO EX-WIFE. POLICE BLAMES IN ON 'STRESS'!

In a disturbing and shocking case, an abusive father sent horrifying pictures to his ex-wife showing the couple's baby locked in a metal dog cage in an act of revenge. He also sent pictures of him standing on the child's face along with burn marks all over her body. The pictures were taken in South China's Guangdong Province.

According to The Daily Mail, the mother Xu Ting had received pictures from her husband. She also claimed that she had reported of domestic abuse in the past to the police, but they have apparently put it down calling it act of 'stress'.

"They said men are stressed and women need to be considerate. The police are men too, so they need to help other men. My husband would often abuse me, and each time I called the police they would give him nothing but "criticism and education",' which is police parlance referring to verbal warnings instead of physical internment," the woman told The Daily Mail.

The horrifying pictures of the 20-month old toddler inside the dog crate as well as another showing her face under her dad's foot had gone viral on social media. People critised and demanded strict action against the child's father. The pictures were shared on social media by Xu Ting who got divorced from her husband last year and their daughter stayed with the father.

Soon after higher authorities in Chao'an got to know about this case, they began investigating. The Chao'an police said the father later admitted on sending the photos to his ex-wife in order to spite her, though the reasoning behind his actions is not entirely clear.

The case is still being investigated on, whether it will be possible for the father to lose his parental rights or the child can go to the mother.
