POPULAR VLOGGER ASKS FOLLOWERS FOR MONEY; WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT IS HILARIOUS!

A popular Chinese Vlogger, who was pretending to be a beautiful young girl to her followers, was unmasked as a 58-year-old woman due to technical glitch during an online live stream.

The Vlogger had over 50,000 followers and was fondly called as ‘sweet and healing voice.’ She called herself ‘Your Highness Qiao Biluo’ and was worshipped by her fans as ‘Cute Goddess.’

According to a report by the BBC, the unmasking incident happened on July 25 when she was hosting a joint live stream with another user called Qingzi. Her fans requested her to reveal her face as she was always using filters in her online appearances. She refused and demanded 100,000 worth gifts to consider their request. “After all, I’m a good-looking host,” she said.

Following her demand, several followers began transferring money to her. All of a sudden her filter malfunctioned revealing her ‘true face’. Left with shock, thousands of men unfollowed her and withdrew their donations. However, her followers count has now raised from 50,000 to 673,000.

According to Global Times, a China based tabloid, the Vlogger’s act of unmasking was a drama to add to her fame. Local media also report that she has started taking advertisements for beauty camera, like the one used by her to fake face. She is also said to be launching a music album.
