A user named Gladys shared the hilariously shocking experience of her pet kitten on Twitter. The tweet captioned, “Curiosity almost killed the cat last night,” had a series of pictures in which the kitten can be seen overthrown by an electric shock.

Since being shared on August 6, the tweet has garnered 13,000 likes and 6,000 retweets. Users also came up with hilarious comments. “Man’s come out looking like a mad scientist,” wrote one user, while another said, “If Albert Einstein was a cat.”
