CHILDREN OVERLOAD; CASE REGISTERED AGAINST THOUSANDS OF SHARE AUTOS IN CHENNAI

Amidst the increasing number of working people who regularly commute through share autos, there is also a huge number of children being carried as per the recent report by the Chennai Traffic Police Department.

Reportedly a lot of share autos in the city go through traffic violations by overloading with Children.

In a report submitted by Chennai Traffic police, it is stated that 1,275 share autos were booked after conducting a special inspection.

Further, a warning has been issued to all the share auto drivers and owners to avoid overloading their vehicles with children.

Also, necessary actions such as ceasing the vehicles and cancelling license will be taken upon violation of the rule in the future.
