TN GOVT TRANSFERS 39 IPS OFFICERS OVERNIGHT - CHENNAI CITY GETS NEW POLICE COMMISSIONER! CHECK FOR DETAILS

During the late hours of June 30, around 39 IPS officers were transferred. The order was passed by the Home Department’s Secretary, S.K. Prabakar.

The list is as follows:

1. Dr. A.K. Viswanathan IPS has been posted now as the Additional Director General of Police, Operations, Greater Chennai’s Police Force.

2. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal IPS has been posted as the Additional Director General of Police Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai.

3. Sunil Kumar IPS has been posed as the Director General of police, Human Rights Commission, Chennai.

4. S. Davidson Devasirvatham IPS has been posted as the Additional Director General of Police, Technical Services, Chennai.

5. Dr. M. Ravi, IPS has been posted as the Additional Director General of Police, Special Task Force, Erode.

6. H.M. Jayaram IPS has been posted as the Inspector General of Police, Central Zone Tiruchirapalli.

7. Dr. A. Amalraj IPS, has been posted as the Additional Inspector General of Police Headquarters, Greater Chennai.
