Football is one of the popular sport around the globe with a thundering fan base. The football audience is increasing day by day in Tamil Nadu. In one of the trending facebook videos, we see a woman demonstrating the style of popular football players.

In the video, we see a guy playing the goalkeeper and the woman on the other side imitates the penalty kicks of popular players such as Christiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and Neymar JR.

Right after kicking the goals, the lady also performs the post-goal celebration styles of all the mentioned players. The video has gone viral on social media, crossing over 17 million views.  With actor Vijay's upcoming film Bigil (Whistle), the craze for women playing football has become a buzz.

The need for women empowerment is the talk of the town after A R . Rahman’s tribute song for women called ‘Signappenney’. Presumably, the song would feature the women football players in the movie gain motivation and momentum. It is said that Vijay plays the role of a football coach in the movie.
