It was a big day for Team India and cricket fans after Shubman Gill scored a double century against West Indies A in the third and final unofficial Test at Brian Lara Stadium.

Soon following his success, Gill marked his name as the young batsman who broke former India cricketer Gautam Gambhir's record, who had also scored a double century for India's Board President XI's team against Zimbabweans in 2002, at the age of 20 years and 124 days.
As per India Today reports, Gill, who is 19-years-old became the youngest Indian to score a double century in first-class cricket in just 334 days.
Gill, was duck out in the first innings of the Test but he was back in action to remain unbeaten for 250-ball with 204.
Gill managed to score just 9 runs in 2 innings during his ODI debut against New Zealand.
