The latest victim of this being David Warner's reprieve against Jasprit Bumrah on Sunday (June 9) at the Oval. What could have been a wicket for Warner in the first ball became a dot ball.

Are the LED bails too heavy? Are the grooves too deep? Or do the stumps have a lower centre of gravity now, making the force to move them "enough" greater than ever before? Aaron Finch was seen checking on the exact set of bails which didn't come off before the start of today's game, reports Cricbuzz.

"I suppose with the new, the light-up stumps, the bails seem to be a lot heavier, so it does take a bit of a force," Finch had remarked at the pre-match press conference on Saturday (June 8). You can watch the video here. https://www.cricketworldcup.com/video/1240120
