ISIS has become bankrupt: Former Iraqi Minister

Former Iraqi Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari reportedly said that the Islamic group ISIS has gone bankrupt and they are struggling to pay their fighters after being forced to retreat from northern Iraq. Zebari also added that ISIS was wealthy before when they were smuggling oil from oil fields, taxing the people it controlled and extorting money from local populations.
