A husband from Rajasthan has gone to the high court claiming that his wife is assaulting him and therefore he needs protection.

Ajit Singh Yadav hails from Bhiwadi in Alwar district of Rajasthan. Ajith, who works as a headmaster in a local Government school, fell in love with Suman, a girl from Sonipat in Haryana and married her. The couple has one child. In this situation, Ajith has asked the court to protect him from the beatings and harassment from his wife every day.
Attack
Ajith has told the Rajasthan High Court that Suman, who was initially living happily, became very angry and started attacking him within a few days. Ajith has lodged a complaint with the police against his wife for domestic violence and harassment for constantly assaulting him with hand-held items. However, Ajith said that the police did not believe his complaint and therefore decided to go to court.

Ajit Singh, who decided to file a petition in court alleging that his wife was assaulting him, has installed CCTV cameras throughout the house. Ajith submits a video of his wife attacking him to the court, and the judge who saw it is frozen in shock. Ajith also said that he did not feel the dignity of the teaching profession and did not retaliate, and that he had come to court because taking the law into his own hands would lead him astray.
Rajasthan High Court judges who heard the case have ordered the police to provide security to Chief Editor Ajit Yadav.
