AMAZON DELIVERY AGENT HYPNOTISES WOMAN, GETS CAUGHT RED-HANDED IN RAPE ATTEMPT

In a shocking case, a delivery agent for Amazon has been accused of molestation and attempt to rape a 43-year-old woman. This incident took place in Noida. 

The woman in her complaint alleged that she was hypnotised by the man in her apartment.

According to Times of India (ToI) report, the incident took place when the man arrived at the victim’s flat to pick up items that were to be returned. During that time, the man allegedly attempted to rape her after a scuffle broke out between them.

The victim in her complaint said that, she had purchased a product on Amazon containing five small boxes but had to file a return request for them. However, a small argument broke out between the two. 

Meanwhile, the victim's sister also alleged that the complainant had spoken to Amazon customer care and complained about the delivery boy.

Soon after the argument, the Amazon agent who called himself as Bhupendra Pal went downstairs and returned in few minutes. He then agreed to take the items on the very day. 

She further stated in her complaint that, while they both were talking, the victim fell unconscious as the agent hypnotised her and allegedly molested her. When she came back to her senses she found the accused standing in front of her with his pants down. 

The horrified woman then screamed and cried for help after which the delivery agent ran from the spot.

As Sub-Inspector Pradeep Kumar, he said that “We have checked the entry register and the man’s details were found to be correct."

An FIR has been lodged against Bhupendra under IPC sections 376 (rape) and 511 (punishment for attempting to commit offences punishable with imprisonment for life.
