For a child, the thought of not being able to see their parents for a few days is the most heartbreaking thing that can happen. So was it with, this adorable kid who is requesting his father, not go to work. This heartbreaking video of a crying child and requesting his cop father to not go to work has gone viral on social media.

The video clip was shared by inspector general Arun Bothra on his Twitter handle. The video has also received over 1 lakh views, 15,000 likes and 5,000 retweets with heart melting comments.  

According to Times Now News, the video shows Bothra's son clutching to his leg and crying which is every emotional. He also stops him from going to work. Bothra, in his tweet, said, "This is the toughest part of the police job. Due to long and erratic duty hours, most of the police officers have to face this situation."

On looking at this video, many called the police officials "the backbone of our democracy", others were called the profession "thankless". While one user said, "My heart went out for the little kid. Every Policeman also has a duty towards his family too. Why can't they be allowed fixed duty hours?" Many people on Twitter added to say, "This is really touching... hats off to all the Honest people in the police force."
