I,__________________________________, the Producer / Director / Copyright owner of the movie_________________________________________, completely understand and agree to publish my movie / pilotfilm / music video in Behindwoods Official YouTube channels - BehindwoodsTV / BehindwoodsIce / BehindwoodsAir / Any of subsidiary Youtube channels owned by Behindwoods & its SocialMedia Platforms for promotional purposes and also telecasted on other Satellite channels and OTT platforms worldwide.
The Copyright owner should constitute acceptance of this agreement with the following Terms and Conditions:
- A video won't be accepted if there is a risk for any copyrights issue from a third party, other than the owner of the video. That responsibility to sort out any issues lies with the owner of the movie and the filmmaker.
- The winning movie videos cannot be published or uploaded or sold to any other online / TV channel or OTT platforms by the movie director / producer.
- Territory-Worldwide. BehindwoodsTV will be monetizing the content across all countries. A Photograph and Photo identity proof of the Producer / Director / Copyright owner of the movie to be submitted along with this agreement document.
- The Full Movie video file in HD format needs to be submitted to Behindwoods along with the online submission before the deadline. The publishing date of the movie will be decided by Behindwoods based on the availability of the slots.
- Behindwoods.com agrees to promote the published movie on our official social network pages.
- Behindwoods will solely hold the copyrights for all language dubbing and distribution of all the winning movies.
- Behindwoods reserves the rights to place advertisements / branding in the published movie contents.
- The producer or any outside party cannot claim, initiate a copyright claim / strike on the published movie content for a lifetime.
- Top 3 movies will be given awards and cash prizes and 10 special mention movies will be given a certificate of excellence and announced to the public.
