I,_________________________________ , the Producer / Director / Copyright owner of the short film _______________________________, completely understand and agree to publish my short film / pilot film / music video in Behindwoods Official YouTube channel - BehindwoodsTV / Behindwoods Air & its social media platforms Behindwoods Facebook, Twitter and Instagram owned by NIAN Media (P) Ltd, for promotional purposes and also telecasted on other Satellite channels and OTT platforms worldwide.

Terms and Conditions to Copyright owners:

• The revenue will be shared on the basis of 75% for the short film producer & 25% for BehindwoodsTV / Behindwoods Air.
• The revenue will be revised every quarter (Jan - Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul - Sep, Oct-Dec) & it will be shared only for a period of 2 years. After that, the content & the revenue solely belongs to BehindwoodsTV / Behindwoods Air.
• A video won't be accepted if there are risks for any copyrights issue from a third party, other than the owner of the video. That responsibility to sort out any issues lies with the owner of the short film/short film trailer/music and the filmmaker.
• In a scenario where the video is not available in any of the public forums and the video is being uploaded first on BehindwoodsTV, Behindwoods Air. BehindwoodsTV / Behindwoods Air will generate the content ID.
• Territory - Worldwide. BehindwoodsTV will be monetizing the content across all countries. A Photograph and Photo identity proof of the Producer / Director / Copyright owner of the short film to be submitted along with this letter.
• The publishing date of the video will be decided by Behindwoods based on the availability of the slots.
• The content _____________________ published on Behindwoods cannot be uploaded or sold to any other online / TV channel or OTT platforms by the short filmmaker / producer.
• Behindwoods.com agrees to promote the published short film/trailer/pilot film/music video multiple times on our official social network pages.
• Behindwoods will solely hold the copyrights for all language dubbing and distribution of the content.
• Behindwoods reserves the rights to place advertisements/branding in the published content.
• The producer or any outside party cannot claim, initiate a copyright claim/strike on the published content for a lifetime.
• Other terms & conditions mentioned in the acknowledgment mail during the submission of the shortfilm in Behindwoods Gold Medals online web page will be applicable.

I'm glad to know my short film __________________________________ is selected as one of the Top 5 Short films at the 7th Behindwoods Gold Medals Ceremony in 2019 and as the copyright owner, I accept this agreement with the above mentioned terms and conditions.
