"I do not have a house to stay and if I hand over this award to my family we may probably have to pawn it. I started football in class 6. Ever since then, my dad has always remained silent. My name came on the newspaper when I won my first match. I could not welcome the recognition personally, but my father went behind my back to show the papers to my neighbours. He believed in me and so I want to dedicate this award to my dad.

Football is a very rigorous game and people have warned me against the sport. However, now I am here and they are still far back where they were. I would like to thank Behindwoods for recognising me."
