Speech: "First of, I would like to thank Behindwoods for this appreciation. It's truly special to receive such an award in front of this lovely audience and from my dear friend Thanu. Importantly  I would like to dedicate this award to my parents and all my gurus. These days everyone has the resources to learn filmmaking but, in our times, all we had was AVM studios that defined and redefined the concept of filmmaking. I joined as an editor in AVM productions and then turned into an assistant director.

I have reached the place I am right now with a lot of effort and handwork. I want everyone to be motivated and believe in themselves. If you believe in yourself and work towards your goal, you don't have to run behind success, success will definitely come behind you. I worked with Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan multiple times, that's my biggest achievement and a proud moment in my life."
