KAITHI TRAILER
With Kaithi, Lokesh Kanagaraj proved to be a rare breed of filmmaker who can straddle between mass and class cinema. The trailer created an adrenaline rush by showing huge crowds of gangsters, burning logs and some thrilling chase sequences that ensue in a forest whilst giving a perfect buildup for the titular prisoner Dilli (played by Karthi), whose past is perfectly summed up by a punchline at the end.
