Silu Silu is a very soothing melody from Yuvan Shankar Raja. It is a flute-dominated song that has a very sweet sound to it. Al Rufian's vocals resemble Yuvan's, and the guitar backing complements the tune very well. Vairamuthu's lyrics are very simplistic, yet impactful. The track is also very reliant on the chorus harmonies, as they add quite some value to the track.

Vilayadu Magane is a very strong track in terms of musicality and lyrics. The core of Genius seems to lie in this one. The ensemble of singers have done a commendable job in rendering this track as the usage of voices is very high. Blending with the instrumental arrangements, the voices have been mixed well to bring out a sense of uniqueness in the song.

Neengalum Oorum is a peppy song from Genius, that can be enjoyed by all the age groups. Again, a very simplistic composition that can attract the crowd. The a typical foot-tapping percussion with the guitars leading the way. The lyrics are suggestive of an interesting romance track in the film. Srikanth and Priya are neat with their work.

A majority of the tune is the same as the male version, except for certain interesting additions. One of those additions that add beauty to the song is the inclusion of the kids chorus to present the song in a different dimension. However, the biggest take away is the solo violin piece that is a big value addition, apart from the strings orchestra providing a nice base for the song.
