Vijay is one of the few
stars who makes fitness seem absolutely effortless.
It is to his credit that he can easily pass
off as a college kid even at the age of 38!
And the best part is he does not make heavy
weather about staying in shape, in fact he
does not believe in dieting or hitting the
gym with a vengeance. Vijay has said that
he eats everything in moderation and does
not skip meals but other than that he does
not follow any diet fads. As for working out,
he keeps himself fit by doing a few floor
exercises and lifting weights in the comfort
of his own home!
