WOW - INTENSE & IMPACTFUL TRAILER FROM SURIYA'S JAI BHIM RELEASED - EXPECTATIONS SOAR!!

The nearly two-and-a-half-minute long trailer has Suriya doing everything he can to provide the rights that belong to the tribal community. Jai Bhim trailer leads us through the innocent and hardworking lives of an oppressed tribe who, even with no land to call their own nor a strong roof over their heads, find joys in simple things in life. However, as social injustice and brutality sweeps across these innocent lives, Advocate Chandru, portrayed by Suriya, battles for human rights. A week back, on October 15, the teaser for the film was released by the makers.

'Jai Bhim' was recently censored with an 'A' certificate and has a runtime of 164 minutes. It is to be noted that Suriya’s 'Raththa Sarithiram', directed by Ram Gopal Varma which was released in 2010 was the last Suriya film that was certified as 'A'. Apart from the actor, the film will feature Prakash Raj, 'Karnan' fame Rajisha Vijayan, Lijomol Jose, Manikandan amongst others in pivotal roles in the movie. The motion poster of the film was released a few days back.

Suriya's upcoming film is the third movie from his production house 2D Entertainment which is all set to be released on Amazon Prime Video. The movie is part of the four-film deal with the OTT platform. Arisil Moorthy's 'Raame Aandalum Raavane Aandalum' was released on September 24 while Jyotika's 'Udan Pirappe' directed by Era Saravanan was released on October 14, coinciding with the festive date of Ayudha Pooja. The fourth in line is Arun Vijay's 'Oh My Dog' which will release in December.
