Director Gunasekhar had recently announced the hero who will play Prince Dushyant for Samantha's Shakunthala in his upcoming movie - SHAKUNTHALAM.
Gunasekhar's latest movie was in 2015 - the superhit movie Rudhramadevi with Anushka Shetty in the lead. Post which, now he has Shakuntalam and Hiranya Kashyapa in his pipeline. Recently, it was announced Actor Dev Mohan will feature as Dushyant in his Shakuntalam.
A native of Thrissur, Dev Mohan was working in an MNC as a mechanical engineer before entering the cinema. His latest movie was Sufiyum Sujathayum, which brought him lots of fame and recognition for his role as Sufi.
He recently signed the movie - Pulli, and now Shakuntalam. He had revealed that he was very happy to be a part of this film. He was a model before turning into an actor with Sufiyum Sujathayum, which was his debut.
