VISHAL REVEALS - THIS TOP HERO WAS SUPPOSED TO ACT IN SANDAKOZHI

A press meet for Sandakozhi 2 was held in Chennai today, 24th of September. Actors like Vishal, Keerthy Suresh and many more took part in this event. 

Vishal's speech from the event for you:

"Before talking about Sandakozhi 2, I need to first talk about Sandakozhi 1, that story wasn't written for me, it was initially penned for Suriya. When I accidentally heard the script, I went to Lingusamy and asked him if I can act in this film, he thought about it and agreed to let me be part of the film, the rest is history now.

Sandakozhi 1 gave me the start as an action hero. It gave me an action hero image. It also gave me a recognition in Andhra Pradesh. 

Now I have completed 25 films, I am not telling this to brag about myself but just letting you know that I am happy that my 25th film happens to be Sandakozhi 2. I believe this film will be a very important film in my career. 

We are planning to release both the Tamil and Telugu version of Sandakozhi on the 18th of October for Ayutha Pooja. This will be my biggest release, thanks to Lyca and Pen distribution banners."
