Vijay Antony was last seen on screen in Ganeshaa’s Thimiru Pudichavan that featured Nivetha Pethuraj in the lead. The actor will be next seen in his upcoming action thriller, Kolaigaren. Directed by Andrew Louis of Leelai fame, the film features action king Arjun Sarja and Ashima Narwal in the main lead roles while Nassar and Seetha play supportive roles.
The film has been certified as U/A. The film’s music is composed by Simon K King and produced by Pradeep under the banner Diya Movies. Vijay will be seen portraying a strong dark shade while Arjun will be seen essaying the role of a cop. Ashima will play the love interest of Vijay.
The first look poster of the film was released on June 5, 2018 and the film went on floors on the same day after a pooja. The film was all set to hit the screens on June 5th this year as an Eid special. However, there is an important update on its release date. And, now, it is learnt that the movie is all set to hit the screens on June 7th.
