Actress Trisha's 60th film 'Paramapadham Vilayattu' released on April 14 this year on popular OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. The political thriller movie directed by Thirugnanam starred Trisha in the leading role and opened to mixed reviews among fans and critics.

Trisha plays the role of Dr Gayathri who investigates the death of a politician. When she gets caught in a web of events, she has to decide whether to speak up or not.

The movie is now going to be released on Vijay TV very soon and the channel had released a promo to announce the same. Fans of the leading actress are super excited to watch her movie on TV. Given that Independence day (August 15) is inching closer, fans can expect the movie to release on that day. However, an official information regarding the same is yet to arrive.

Trisha currently awaits the release of Tamil film 'Raangi'. She also is playing a crucial role in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan'. She was recently roped in to star opposite Sandalwood star Puneeth Rajkumar in the upcoming Kannada movie 'Dvitva' which is bankrolled by Hombale Films.
