Co-starring Aparna Balamurali, Arjunan, Paresh Rawal, Vivek Prasanna and Mohan Babu in pivotal roles, this film is produced by 2D Entertainment, in association with Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment.
While the movie has been receiving rave reviews, the movie has a set of scenes involving the former president of India - Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's character - and the character's dialogue delivery has been dubbed by popular KPY actor Naveen Muralidhar.
Sharing his experience in a post on his digital space on Facebook, the actor wrote, "Tanq Surya sir for giving me Ty's wonderful opportunity for being a smal part in dubbing of Our Kalaam iyya's voice for d great movie Soorarai Potru 🙏 Ungaluku nadikka theriyaadhunu yaaro sonnaanga , unmaidhan , ungaluku nadikka theriladhaan ,vaazhndhu kaatiteenga🥰🙏 Great respect sir...Kudos to d team💝".
