A BIG DAY FOR THALA AJITH! CHECK TO KNOW WHY!

Today marks 25 years since Ajith Kumar set foot in the film industry. 2nd August 1992 was the day the shooting began for Ajith's debut film, Prema Pusthakam (Telugu). It is a lesser known fact that the director of this film, Gollapudi Srinivas passed away during the making of this movie and he was replaced by his father, Gollapudi Maruthi Rao. Nevertheless, it has been an extraordinary cruise in the industry for Thala Ajith as 25 years is a commendable feat, for the superstar. 

It is very well known, how his journey has been inspirational for many of his colleagues and co-stars. We need not particularly mention about his struggles in the industry, after facing continuous back injuries and criticism, he made it through with negligible backing. In the course of these 25 years, Ajith has completed 57 films, including the upcoming Vivegam. With the excitement among his fans already reaching its peak, owing to the release of Vivegam on 24th of this month, massive celebrations are planned with regards to the 25th year anniversary!

Many fan clubs are celebrating this day by involving themselves in various welfare activities and other celebratory methods. A few theaters are screening Ajith's blockbuster films today marking this remarkable date!
