WILL RAJINI ACT IN ANOTHER FILM BEFORE DHANUSH-RANJITH PROJECT?

Neruppu Da, as we all know is an upcoming Tamil film starring Vikram Prabhu and Nikki Galrani in the lead roles. Vikram plays a firefighter who also happens to be a big Rajini fan in the film as reported earlier by us.

Now the latest we hear is that Neruppu Da team is planning to rope in the Superstar Rajinikanth to play a small cameo role in the film. If at all he accepts the film, we are told that he will play his own self in the film. Rajinikanth has played cameo roles in around 15 films in the past but nothing in the recent years. He played himself 9 times in the past in films like Nandri Meendum Varuga, Agni Sakshi, Anbulla Rajinikanth, Yaar? and few others.

Periya Idathu Pillai which was released in the year 1990 was the last film that Rajini played himself. Will he make it 10 with Neruppu Da?
