“NO STOPPING US TO BUILD OUR DREAM”

We had reported a few weeks ago about a stay obtained against the construction of Nadigar Sangam building on Habibullah Road, T Nagar, Chennai. When the case came for hearing today, an order was passed in favor of the Nadigar Sangam.

After hearing both the sides, the division bench consisting of the Honorable Justices Kirubakaran and Parthiban had vacated the interim order prohibiting the Sangam from putting up any construction and had also reserved the orders in the main writ petition. They expressed that the petitioners have not made out a prima facie case and they would pass the detailed orders soon.

This news was also shared by the official Twitter handle of the Nadigar Sangam which said, “Happy to announce we got the order passed. We won the nadigar sangam land case. No stopping us to build our dream”.
