When we got in touch with the management of Sivasakthi Cinemas, they explained by saying that, "After being closed for more than 10 years, we reopened the theatre yesterday evening (March 15), and as an introductory offer, tickets will be issued at free of cost for the first three days, between March 16 and March 18."

Sivasakthi Cinemas is a two screen theatre, which is currently screening films like, 'Baahubali: The Beginning', 'Jumanji: Welcome To the Jungle', 'Spiderman: Homecoming', 'The Junglebook', and Aamir Khan's 'Dangal'. Since there are no new movie releases, the theatre has opted to screen some of the hit movies in the past years.
