Shooting update of Prabhu Deva's Gulebagavali

Prabhu Deva, who made a strong comeback to Kollywood as an actor with Devi, has Mercury and Gulebagavali in his lineup. With regard to Gulebagavali, it was told that the team shot a song on a whopping budget of 2 crores, erecting huge sets.

We got in touch with the film's director Kalyan to know more about this. He told, "We constructed four sets for the song, and there is going to be a lot of CG effects involved in this song. Hollywood technicians will be working on the post production CG works. We shot for eight days, and the shooting equipments were brought exclusively from Mumbai. Johnny master choreographed this song, and Prabhu Deva sir was just rocking with his dance moves. As regards the shooting status of the film, we are almost done with the shoot. Only two more songs and two stunt sequences are left to be canned."

Interestingly, the satellite rights of the film have been sold to Sun Network for a huge price. After Nayanthara's Aramm, the channel has bought the rights of Gulebagavali.
