ROARING GLIMPSE OF RAM CHARAN & JR NTR'S RRR IS MIND BLOWING!! VIDEO BREAKDOWN

The whole shoot of the pan-Indian multi-starrer movie was wrapped up back in August. The multilingual project was scheduled to hit the screens on October 13 this year. However, the film's release date has now been shifted to January 7, 2022.

Amid much anticipation, a glimpse of RRR was unveiled today, November 1 and it's safe to say that it has exceeded all sorts of expectations. The whole glimpse screams of the glory of SS Rajamouli's massive cinematic universe. It's grander, larger and rightfully "brings back the glory of Indian cinema".

The 45-second-long glimpse showcases high-octane action sequences, gripping background score and some of Rajamouli's magic of bringing grandeur on screen. The star cast adds as an icing on the cake and it'll be interesting to watch the roles they play. The video opens with a shot of people trying to break open what looks a fence. Next, we get a bird’s eye view shot of Jr. NTR running in the forest and being chased by a tiger which later makes an appearance at the end of the video.

In the video, Ajay Devgn is seen killing a British soldier with a clean head shot. There’s also a quick shot featuring Alia Bhatt. We also get a peek at Olivia Morris as well, playing the role of a British woman, looking at what seems like an unrest among public with fire breaking out. There is also a scene where we see a public hanging, but we don't know who's receiving the punishment. The glimpse also offers a peek at Shriya Saran, who is seen as a commoner running away from goons for protection.

Earlier the makers had enthralled the audience with the 'Roar of RRR' theme where they showed the BTS shots of the actors, the massive action sequences and the camera work involved; and the 'Friendship song' was released on friendship day in five different languages.

Set in the pre-independence era, 'RRR' stars NTR Jr and Ram Charan essaying the roles of Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitarama Raju respectively while Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Samuthirakani, Olivia Morris and others play crucial roles. The movie will be shot by SS Rajamouli's regular collaborator KK Senthil Kumar and music composed by MM Keeravani. The big-budget project is bankrolled by DVV Movies.
